Cancellation policy

Cancel 5 days or more before the arrival date to receive a refund, subject to the applicable processing fee.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show.

A 3% processing fee applies to all cancellations.

Check-in, check-out and identification

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
A valid government-issued photo ID, such as Aadhaar, passport or driving licence, is mandatory for all guests aged 12 years and above.
Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Occupancy and room rules

The package price is calculated for two adults sharing one room.
Extra-adult and extra-child charges will apply separately.

Outside guests are not permitted inside guest rooms and should be met in the lobby or restaurant.
Outside food, drinks and external catering are not permitted in rooms or hotel areas.

Noise that may disturb other guests should be avoided, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
