Day 1

Arrival & Unwinding in Goa’s Monsoon Serenity

Upon arrival at Goa Airport, guests will be welcomed by their assigned driver and transferred to Resort Lagoa Azul in Arpora by private sedan or hatchback.
Enjoy a signature non-alcoholic welcome drink during check-in.
The remainder of the day is free for guests to relax at the resort, explore the rain-washed surroundings, enjoy the swimming pool or visit nearby Arpora and Baga.

Day 2

North Goa – Forts, Beaches and Monsoon Vibes

Begin the day with breakfast at the resort’s poolside restaurant, Tabla.
At approximately 8:30 AM, proceed to the designated pickup point for the full-day North Goa sightseeing tour.

Lunch will be taken during the sightseeing break at the guest’s own expense.

After breakfast, proceed to the designated pickup point for the South Goa sightseeing tour at approximately 8:30 AM.

Departure

After checkout, guests will be transferred from Resort Lagoa Azul to Goa Airport by private sedan or hatchback.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least seven days before the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund, subject to the applicable processing fee.

No refund will be provided for: Cancellations made within seven days of check-in No-shows Early departures A 100% cancellation charge may apply during high-season periods, long weekends and restricted dates. This condition will override the standard cancellation policy.

Sightseeing Pickup and Drop-Off

Guests must make their own way to the nearest designated pickup point.
After sightseeing, guests will be dropped at the same pickup point and must return to the resort independently.
The pickup and drop-off locations are situated within walking or short driving distance of the resort.
Resort Rules
Outside visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms.
Visitors may meet guests in the lobby, bar or restaurant.
Pets are not allowed.
Flammable, explosive or foul-smelling materials are prohibited.
Washing or drying clothes in guest rooms is not permitted.
Guests should use the hotel’s laundry service.
Guests must close the room door when leaving.
Room access cards must be returned during checkout.
The hotel is not responsible for valuables unless they are secured in the in-room safe.
Noise that disturbs other guests must be avoided, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Any room defect, service concern or maintenance issue must be reported immediately.
Intentional damage to hotel furniture, fixtures or equipment will be charged.
Guests must ensure bathroom taps are closed before leaving the room.
Appropriate attire is required in public areas and restaurants.
Pyjamas, underwear and swimwear are not appropriate in public areas.
Guests should not walk barefoot in public areas.

Swimming-pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
